This contempt application has been filed for non- compliance of order dated 21.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 5745 of 2015 by which this Court has directed the Licensing Authority to take a decision in accordance with law considering the provision contained under Section 2 of the Act along with the decision of this court contained in Annexure-5, further Patna High Court MJC No.3718 of 2017(6) dt.19-08-2026 2/2 observed that it is expected that the entire exercise should be completed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 3. In compliance of order dated 21.09.2015, Opposite Party No. 5 filed a show-cause and brought on record that a detailed order dated 18.04.2016 passed by the Writ Court which is annexed as Annexure-B to the show-cause. 4. In view of the such, this contempt application is dropped against Opposite Party 5. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the reasoned and speaking order passed by the Opposite Party No. 4 i.e. District Arms Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) then the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum, as per law, if so advised. 6.
