Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the trial has progressed and after framing of charge, some of the witnesses have been examined. He further submits that the delay is taking place in examination of further witnesses and, therefore, this case may be disposed of with the direction to the court below to conclude the trial as soon as possible. 3. Since the trial has proceeded after framing of charge, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38293 of 2017(3) dt.19-08-2026 2/2 application.
