It is made clear that if such an application is filed on behalf of the petitioner, the learned trial Court is duty bound to consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, after properly adjudicating the claims so raised in that application, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court since this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
5. This application is, accordingly, disposed of in accordance with the aforesaid terms.
