The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 07.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35046 of 2015 arising out of Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No. 2 has failed to make monthly payment of maintenance as directed by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37393 of 2017(5) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 below, by filing an appropriate application on the aforesaid ground. 5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the learned Magistrate concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of its filing, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. In the event of non-cooperation by any party, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte in accordance with law. 6.
