The present petition has been preferred: “for initiation of contempt proceeding against contemnor/opposite parties for committing their willful disobedience and Patna High Court MJC No.1149 of 2017(17) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 deliberate disrespect to the order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the Hon’ble Court in CWJC No. 6236 of 2013.” 3. On 25.06.2026, this Court had seen receipt of the status report produced by Ms. Aditi Sharma showing that the transaction has been successful and the payment has made on 22.06.2026. 4. However, as the learned counsel for the petitioner wanted to ascertain the same with his client, and on his request though reluctantly, the Court adjourned the matter. 5.
