The present petition has been preferred for restoration of Civil Revision No.93 of 2016 to its original file which has been dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 22.10.2016 passed by the Hon’ble Court. 3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph no.3 of the petition, the restoration petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- to Mr.
Ashutosh Nath, learned counsel representing the opposite party nos.1 to 5. 4. Accordingly, Civil Revision No.93 of 2016 is restored to its original. 5. The receipt of Rs.2,000/- paid to the Mr. Ashutosh Nath is to be filed in the office within a period of two weeks failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench. 6.
