2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
“for initiation of contempt against the
Patna High Court MJC No.2370 of 2017(2) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 opposite parties, specially against the opposite party no. 2 for willful disobedience and for violation of the order dated 04.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 12265 of 2014.”
3. Though this Court do not find any merit in the contempt application, in view of the observation of the Writ Court, the least that was expected from the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur was to pass an appropriate order and annex the same with the show cause.
4. With the aforesaid observation and allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum/Court, MJC No. 2370 of 2017 stands disposed of.
