This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.07.2017 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, N.I.A., Patna in Criminal Revision No. 182 of 2015. 3. Vide order dated 23.09.2025, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 284/2025 dated 15.10.2025 by the learned Trial Court. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that Complaint Case No. 1196 of 2007 has already been Patna High Court CR. MISC.
