JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22 20-02-2026 Pursuant to the order dated 02.02.2026 passed in this case, Dr. Anand Kumar, who appears for the Patliputra University, submits that one interlocutory application has been filed being I.A. No. 3 of 2026 in which the compliance order has been appended and, for reference, he has pointed out the document which is appended in the interlocutory application as Patna High Court CWJC No.18592 of 2017(22) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 Annexure-A, which goes to show that the amount to the rune of Rs. 1,81,97,419/- for the period 01.03.2018 to 30.09.2023 has already been transferred through RTGS after due deduction as applicable in law. 2. Since, the compliance has already been made and amount has also been credited in terms of Annexure R/A, nothing survives further for pursuing this case. 3. At this stage, the petitioner seeks liberty to file representation, in case of any grievance which is noticed in relation to calculation. 4.
