While issuing notice on 11.01.2017, the further proceedings in the suit had been stayed by this Court. 4. None appears for the Opposite Parties when the matter is called. 5. Mr. D. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo stating therein that the Petitioner does not want to press this application and hence, the matter may kindly be disposed of as withdrawn, which is taken on record. 6. Considering the fact that the CMP is pending since more than nine years, the suit must have been disposed of in the meanwhile. 7.
