This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar passed in I.A. No. 61 of 2017 arising out of C.P. No. 481/2011 (Annexure-1) and praying for enhancement of the amount of interim maintenance directed to be paid to the Petitioner. 2. Both the counsel submit that in view of disposal of C.P. No. 481 of 2011 and the judgment dated 18.06.2024, passed in C.P. No. 380 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar dissolving the marriage of the parties, nothing remains to be decided in this Writ Petition. 3.
