This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar passed in I.A. No. 61 of 2017 arising out of C.P. No. 481/2011 (Annexure-4) directing for payment of interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.1. 2. Both the counsel submit that in view of the disposal of C.P. No. 481/2011 and judgment dated 18.06.2024, passed in C.P. No. 380 of 2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar dissolving the marriage of the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.1, nothing remains to be decided in this Writ Petition. 3.
