This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode). 2. None appears from the side of the Petitioner. 3. On perusal of the records, it appears that the present writ application filed in the year 2017 with a prayer for direction to the Opposite Parties to act in accordance with the guidelines of the R.B.I as well as the Apex Court and to direct the Opposite Party No.2 to produce the account statement before this Court and not to take any coercive action against vehicle bearing registration No. OR-47-E-1487. 4. On a close scrutiny of the order reveals that notice was issued vide order dated 13.12.2017, however, requisites have not been filed for issuance of such notice. 5. Considering the aforesaid factual backgrounds, this Court Page 2 of 2. is of the view that the Petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present writ application and the same must have become infructuous with the passage of time. 6. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of finally being infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same, in the event, cause of action still survive.
