Das, ASC CORAM: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY ORDER 24.07.2026 Order No. 07 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Pursuant to order dtd.08.07.2026, learned Addl. Standing Counsel basing on the instruction provided by the CDPO, Ullunda on 18.07.2026, contended that no posting has been made in Goudgaon-1 AWC coming under ICDS-Ullunda. The instruction be kept in record. 4. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to Opp. Parties and after hearing from the counsels of parties, issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari and quash the noting reflected in the remark column as against petitioner on the list dtd.5.4.2017 under Annexure-4 for the interest of justice. And further direct Opp. Parties particularly to O.P. no. 4 to take the candidature of petitioner along with other candidates for selection of Anganwadi Worker in respect of Goudagaon-2 Anganwadi Centre. Page 2 of 2. And issue any other order/orders, direction/directs and writ/writs as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper giving complete justice to the Petitioner. And for this act of your kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 5. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though highlighting his grievances, Petitioner has filed a grievance petition at Annexure- 7 to the Writ Petition before the Opp. Party No. 4, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No. 4 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period. 6. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
