Even on the last occasion i.e. 30.04.2025, none had appeared for the petitioner and this Court had made it clear that if the petitioner remains unrepresented, adverse order would be passed. For ready reference the order dated 30.04.2025 is extracted herein below: “None appears on call for the petitioner. All the respondents are represented. It is made clear that if the petitioner remains unrepresented on the next date of listing, adverse order will be passed. List the matter on 09.05.2025.” It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Court which is pending since the year 2017.
