It is submitted at the bar that this matter was earlier referred to the ‘Lok Adalat’ and both the parties have settled the matter there and the respondent No. 3 herein, has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-, as additional amount and as such, this matter may be closed, by directing the respondent No. 3 to deposit the aforesaid amount before the Registry of this Court. Accordingly, it is provided that the respondent No. 3 shall deposit the aforesaid amount before the Registry of this Court, within a period of 6 (six) weeks from today.
