Dhar, the learned counsel is present on behalf of respondent No. 2. 2. It is seen that Mr. P. Sarma, the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.06.2024 sought sometime to file an impleadment application in the instant case, however, no such impleadment petition seems to have been filed as yet. 3. On the last occasion, i.e., 25.07.2025, also none appeared for the petitioner, when the matter was called for. 4.
