By means of this application the Petitioner seeks the following prayer:- “it is, therefore prayed that after going through the contention as well as documentary evidence be pleased to admit the writ petition and further be pleased to issue writ in nature of “Mandamus” implement the order passed by the learned Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar on 19.9.2016, And any other order or direction to the Tahasidar -Tangi Choudwar to carry out the demarcation of the land in pursuance to the direction vide Annexure-2” 3. It appears from the prayer itself that the matter in question relates to the non-compliance of the direction by the Tahasildar, Tangi Choudwar Tahasil proceeding for the demarcation of the land, which is passed sometime on 19.09.2016. 4. Office has reported defects to have not been removed by the Petitioner though the matter is pending since 2017; even otherwise the matter is of about 10 years old, the cause of action does not survive as on date. 5.
