The Petitioner in this writ application prays for a direction to set aside the letter dated 31.12.2016 (Annexure-7) issued by the Assistant General Manager, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited to the Land Acquisition Officer, Keonjhar, Odisha and letter No.24/LA dated 19.01.2017 (Annexure-8) issued by the Land Acquisition Officer, Keonjhar to the Deputy Collector (General & Misc.), Collectorate Keonjhar intimating that there is no scope of employment to the legal heirs of the recorded tenant in the company under the Provisions of the Odisha Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2006. 4. The matter was listed on several occasions. Lastly, on 28th January, 2026 when the matter was called, non-appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter.
