On the last date i.e. 11.02.2026, a memo had been filed by Ms. Anima Kumari Dei, learned counsel for the Petitioners stating that she had no instructions in the matter for which the report had been called for from the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. 2. Perused the report dated 16.02.2026 of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, I/C who has stated that G.R. Case No. 1241 of 2015 has been committed to the court of the Hon’ble District and Sessions Judge, Kendrapara for trial vide order dated 17.09.2022. 3. The CRLMC has been filed for quashing of the FIR in Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 as well as the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1241 of 2015 pending in the court of puspa the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. 4. In view of the report of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, no purpose will be served by keeping the CRLMC pending for which the same is disposed of. 5.
