These matters are taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The matter was heard and judgment was pronounced on 12.02.2026 and the same was subsequently reported in some journals. 3. After perusing one such journal, it came to light that in Paragraph 7, the period of limitation for filling revision under Section 15(1)(b) of the OSS Act has been wrongly mentioned as “30 days” instead of “One Year”. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the heading “To Be Mentioned” for rectification of the typographical error. 4. The word “30 days” occurring in the third line of Paragraph 7 Order No. 01. 2 | P a g e of the judgment be corrected as “One Year”. 5. It is further directed that in paragraph 11, the date of registered lease deed mentioned as “13.07.1984” be corrected as “13.07.1948”. 6.
