Standing Counsel refers to the instruction dated 29.06.2017 received in the office of the Advocate General pursuant to the directions issued by the Court. 2. He files a memo enclosing the said instruction. 3. It has to be noticed that the writ application was filed in the year 2017 with a prayer to allow the petitioner to fill up form for admission to B.H.Ed. course for the session 2017-2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. By interim order dated 20.06.2017, the Coordinate Bench had directed for accepting the form of the petitioner manually to be filed on 21.06.2017, thereafter, though the matter was listed before the National Lok Adalat on 13.07.2019 and before Coordinate Bench on 20.08.2025 and 11.11.2025, there is no submission on behalf of the petitioner that in fact he has filed the application manually as directed by the interim order dated 20.06.2017. 5. The learned counsel for petitioner files memo of date. The memo states thus : “MEMO That in the above noted case the prayer of the petitioner allowed by this Hon’ble Court. Accordingly the writ petition became infructuous.”(sic) The memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated. The writ petition is disposed of.
