The petitioner passed his School Leave Certificate in the year 2009. In that regard, the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha issued his High School Certificate Examination on 28.06.2012, wherein his date of birth is recorded as 15th May, 1995. 4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on 06.02.2017 praying for a direction to the opposite parties to correct his date of birth as 15.05.1997 instead of 15.05.1995. 5. Though this writ petition was filed on 06.02.2017, but the petitioner till date did not move the same. 6. By efflux of time, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
