By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: “That the petitioner therefore prays that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased admit this petition, issue notice to the opposite parties by considering above said facts an¢ grounds stated above may allow this petition directing the opposite parties for: inclusion of the name of the petitioner in ward No.4 of village Badabalikuda Tahasil- Darpan, P.S. Balichandrapur, District Jajpur by issuing the Voter Identity card in favour of the petitioner in the better interest of justice. Any other or further order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may pass in favour of the petitioner.” 3.
