IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.16659 of 2017 Mahal Bricks and Cement Products …. Petitioner Represented By Adv.- None -versus- Government of India and others …. Opp. Parties Represented By Adv.- Mr. Santosh Sethi, CGC (for opposite party No.1) CORAM: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANASH RANJAN PATHAK Order No. ORDER 20.03.2026 (Hybrid mode) 02. 1. Heard Mr. Santosh Sethi, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Union of India (opposite party No.1). 2. None appears for the petitioner on call, though the names of two counsels have been reflected in the cause list. 3. The petitioner filed this writ petition on 11.08.2017 seeking benefit of the Government of India Notification issued under S.O. No.1432(E) dated 29th May, 2015 that provided certain schemes for Revival and Rehabilitation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. 4. It is seen that after filing this writ petition on 11.08.2017, the petitioner did not take any steps to move this application for more than last eight years. 5. By efflux of time and since the claim of the petitioner has already been infructuous and that the petitioner did not move this application, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
