The matter is lying over before this Court since 2017 for want of removal of defects. The Petitioner despite the lapse of eight years has not removed the defect. Even otherwise, on merit, the order of the Revenue Officer, has been challenged who declined to issue caste certificate in favour of the Petitioner on the ground that the caste to which she belonged does not come within the purview of Scheduled Tribe. 3. Such order of the Authority is not appealable under this statute. Hence, on both count, the Writ Application is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Application stands disposed of.
