On 18.02.2026 also, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioners. On that date, this Court perused the report dated 16.02.2026 of the learned JMFC-IV (Cog. Taking), Cuttack where it was stated that the case was pending for appearance of the accused persons but no date has been mentioned in the report, for which the matter was adjourned to today and copy of the order- sheet was called for. 4. Perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on 16.09.2022 the case was posted to 03.02.2023. Thereafter the case was posted to 27.07.2023, 15.12.2023, 03.04.2024, 11.09.2024, 08.04.2025 08.07.2025, 28.10.2025 and thereafter on 24.02.2026 directing for issue of summons. 5. Since there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6. Copy of this order be sent to the learned JMFC-IV (Cog.
