The CRLMC has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.12.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Magistrate, Rourkela in 1 CC Case No. 482 of 2013 issuing NBW against the Petitioner. 2. Mr. A. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo stating that the Petitioner does not want to press this application and submits that the application may be withdrawn. 3. While issuing notice vide order dated 08.06.2017, this Court had stayed the NBW issued against the Petitioner. This interim order has been extended from time to time. 4. On 13.09.2025, the submission of the Opposite Party No.2 was that the Petitioner has been convicted by the learned trial court vide judgment dated 06.07.2015. 5. In view of the above memo and submission, the CRLMC is dismissed. puspa 6. Interim order dated 08.06.2017 in Misc. Case No. 1191 of 2017 is vacated. 7.
