The petitioners filed this writ petition on 09.08.2017 praying for a direction to the opposite parties, more particularly, opposite party Nos.2 and 3 to sanction/allot house in their favour under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or Biju Pucca Ghara scheme. 4. Mr. Debaraj Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the scheme under Biju Pucca Ghara is no longer in force in the State of Odisha and the scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has also been restructured. 5. Since filing this writ petition i.e. on 09.08.2017, the petitioners did not move this application. 6. For the reasons stated above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
