CMP No. 17621 of 2026 Present application has been filed by respondent No.3 Atul Bharti, under Order 32 Rule 12 CPC, for discharging the natural guardian of the applicant, on account of the fact that applicant-respondent No.3, has attained the age of majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, photocopy of matriculation certificate, has been annexed, in which, the date of birth of the applicant/respondent No.3, has been recorded as 17.06.1999. Considering the said fact, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the natural guardian of applicant Atul Bharti, is ordered to be discharged. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 17620 of 2026 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, in their favour. Respondents No.1 to 4 were petitioners before the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-II, Hamirpur (hereinafter referred to as the MACT), and filed MAC Petition No.13/13 RBT 31/13, 190/13, 54/14, in which the learned MACT has awarded a sum of Rs.14,28,500/- along with interest @ 7.5%. Apportionment has also been ordered by the learned MACT between the applicants. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicants, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to them, as per award passed by learned MACT, by remitting the same to their Bank accounts, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 3 of the application.
