On 22.05.2026, on the request of learned counsel for the appellants, court notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants for today. As per report of the Registry, Court notices issued against appellants No.1 to 4, 5(a) and 5(b) and 8, received back after due service, whereas, appellant No.6(a) is reported to have expired one month ago and appellants No.6(b) to 6(d) and 7, refused to accept the Court notices. Despite service of court notices, they have not bothered to put appearance. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken and the present appeal is dismissed in default.
