Apprehending the eviction from the occupation of land at Manimatha Basti situated in between Railway line and National Highway at Khannagar in the city of Cuttack, the petitioners filed this writ petition on 26.04.2017. 3. After filing this writ petition, the petitioners did not move this application. 4. Today, the counsel appearing for the petitioners filed a memo before this Court stating therein that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the writ petition. The memo is taken on record. 5.
