Mr. Suraj Kumar, Advocate vice Ms. Anjali Soni Verma, Advocate for respondent No.3/applicant. CMP No. 11727 of 2026 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to discharge the guardian of respondent No.3-Tanvi, on the ground that now, she has attained the age of majority. In order to substantiate the said fact, Marks Statement-cum- Certificate, issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, has been annexed, in which, the date of birth of respondent No.3/applicant-Tanvi has been recorded as 25.03.2008. Considering the said fact, the application under consideration is allowed and the guardian of applicant Tanvi is ordered to be discharged. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 11726 of 2026 By way of the present application, applicant Tanvi, has sought the release of the awarded amount of compensation, along with upto date interest. In view of the no objection made by learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application under consideration is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant-Tanvi, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to her, by remitting the same into her bank account, particulars of which have been mentioned in para 4 of the application.
