Since the present Writ Petition has been filed against the notice issued by the Committee in FCC No.12/14 under Annexure-1-Series, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. 4. While disposing the same, this Court directs the Petitioner to appear before the Committee and so also file his reply on or before 20.03.2026 along with a copy of this order. On such filing of the reply, the Committee is directed to dispose of the proceeding in accordance with the Odisha Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification Caste Certificates) Rules, 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of this year. 5.
