Behera, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Debaraj Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the opposite parties. 2. The Fire Officer, Central Range, Cuttack on 30.01.2017 submitted the inspection report of the petitioner’s enterprises at O.T. Road, Balasore specifying the shortfalls and the deficiencies in the building concerned of the petitioner. 3. Aggrieved with the same, the petitioner filed this writ petition on 02.11.2017. 4. It is seen that the petitioner, after filing this writ petition, did not move this application till date for more than eight years. 5. Mr. U.C. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has filed a memo before this Court today praying for withdrawal of this writ petition seeking liberty to approach again, if cause of action survives. The memo is taken on record. 6. In view of the memo filed, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought for.
