Jasbir Singh Vs. State of H.P. Cr. Revision No. 77 of 2017 20.03.2026 Present: Mr. Shanti Swaroop, Advocate, (through VC), for the petitioner. Mr. Pawan Nadda, Additional Advocate General, for the respondent/State. Cr. MP No. 262 of 2026 Revisionist- Jasbir Singh has filed the instant application seeking withdrawal/recall of the order dated 30.12.2025, whereby, for non- appearance, bailable warrants were directed to be re-issued, returnable for 10.03.2026 2. Perusal of the application indicates that at the time when the case was taken up on 10.11.2025, the applicant/petitioner was present in Court; but his presence could not be recorded in the order dated 30.12.2025. It is averred that the applicant/petitioner is also represented by counsel and the present application is supported by an affidavit. 3. Upon listing of the application, learned State Counsel does not oppose the prayer made in the instant application, in case, the applicant abides by the orders passed hereinafter. 4. Taking into account the averments made in the application that his presence could not be reflected in the orders dated 30.12.2025 and in order to secure the ends of justice, the order dated 30.12.2025 is withdrawn/recalled, with the directions to the applicant-revisionist to abide by the orders to be passed by this Court, hereinafter. 5.
