Necessary No Objection Certificate has been obtained from the Principal, Padam Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Rampur, District Shimla, HP and the same is appended along with the application as Annexure A-1. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn our attention to the earlier order passed on 13.02.2026, whereby similar permission has been given, subject to payment of Rs.10,000 to the Students Welfare Fund of the School concerned. Keeping in view the above, the application is allowed and necessary permissions are granted, subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- in Students Welfare Fund of the School concerned. CMP No.2834 of 2026 The present application has been filed for seeking permission to organize Nalwar and Devta Mela w.e.f 04.04.2026 to 09.04.2026 in the ground premises of Govt. Degree College, Dharampur, Block and Sub Division Dharampur, District Mandi, HP. Necessary No Objection Certificate has been obtained from the Principal, Govt. Degree College, Dharampur, District Mandi, HP vide letter No.EDN-GDC- DPR-1(Misc.)35/2007-697-98 dated 17.01.2026 and the same is appended along with the application as Annexure- R-2. Keeping in view the above, the application is allowed and necessary permissions are granted, subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- in Students Welfare Fund of the School concerned.
