CMP No.32952 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No.1 has prayed for release of the compensation amount on the ground that she is under treatment from the Department of Urology at AIMSS Chamiana, Shimla. No amount has been released in favour of the applicant/respondent and the appeal is pending adjudication since 2017. Learned counsel representing the appellant/insurance company fairly submits that some reasonable amount may be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1. Keeping in view the fact that applicant/ respondent No.1 is getting treatment from AIMSS Chamiana, 50% of the amount falling to the share of applicant/respondent No.1 is ordered to be released in her favour and the same may be transmitted in her bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in para 5 of the application.
