CMP No.694 of 2026 This application has been filed for permission to use the second playground of Government Senior Secodary School, Amboya, District Sirmour, H.P. to organize Martyr day (Shaheedi Divas/Gandhi Mela) w.e.f 30th January, 2026 to 1st Februrary, 2026 on behalf of the President, Gram Panchayat, Amboya, Tehsil Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour, H.P. It is averred that the said playground is stated to be outside the boundary wall and campus of the school premises. Reference is made to the permission earlier granted in the year 2025 in CMP Nos. 989 & 1080 of 2025 (Annexure A-3), after the school hours, i.e. after 3.00 p.m. The necessary NOC of the Principal of the concerned school dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure A-2) is also appended. Accordingly, we allow the application, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That no damage shall be caused to the property of the school and its playground, where the event is proposed to be organized. (ii) That after the event is over, the playground shall be handed over to the Principal of the School aforesaid in a neat and clean condition and it shall be ensured that no plastic is used except the one permissible under the law. The administration shall ensure that the playground is cleaned after the event. (iii) That the law and order shall be maintained by the local administration during the said period. (iv) That the applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- in the Students Welfare Fund of the school concerned.” The application is allowed and stands disposed of. CMP No.695 of 2026 In view of the order of the day passed in CMP No.694 of 2026, this application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. CMP No.769 of 2026 This application has been filed for permission to use the playground of Government Senior Secodary School, Lana Pallar, Tehsil Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P. to organize cricket tournament w.e.f 22.01.2026 to 30.01.2026 on behalf of the President, of cricket club, Lana Pallar, Tehsil Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P. It is averred in the application that during the aforesaid period, the school will remain closed for winter vacation w.e.f. 01.01.2026 to 11.02.2026. The necessary NOC of the Principal of the concerned school dated 31.12.2025 (Annexure A-3) is also appended. Keeping in view the above, we allow the application, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That no damage shall be caused to the property of the school and its playground, where the event is proposed to be organized. (ii) That after the event is over, the playground shall be handed over to the Principal of the School aforesaid in a neat and clean condition and it shall be ensured that no plastic is used except the one permissible under the law.
