CMP No. 6825 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant, as per judgment dated 26.11.2025. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the prayer made in the application, is allowed and the amount, falling in the share of applicant, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in her favour. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which have been annexed with the application. The application is, thus, disposed of. FAO No. 56 of 2017 On the oral request of learned counsel for the appellant, the excess amount, if any, as per judgment dated 26.11.2025, is ordered to be refunded back to the appellant-Company. The amount, so refunded, shall be remitted to the bank account of the Insurance Company, particulars of which, shall be submitted by learned counsel for the appellant, in the Registry of this Court.
