CMP No. 1689 of 2026 The present application has been moved in a decided matter, which was decided on 26.11.2025, by this Court.   On that day, the appeal preferred before this Court has been ordered to be dismissed. 2. Now by way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant Kashmira Singh.  As per the award passed by learned MACT (III) Una, annexed with   the   appeal,   the   amount   of   compensation   was ordered   to   be   apportioned   amongst   the   claimants including the applicant. 3. As per the award, two out of ten shares, are to be given to the applicant.  In view of the no objection, made by learned counsel for the appellant, the amount of   compensation   falling   in   the   share   of   applicant Kashmira   Singh,   along   with   up   to   date   interest,   is ordered to be released in his favour, as per the award dated   30.09.2016, by remitting the same to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which have been annexed with the application.
