CMP(M) No. 309 of 2026 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to bring on record the LRs of deceased appellant No. 1 Tara Dutt, who has died on 15.10.2025, leaving behind the LRs, whose names have been mentioned in para 3 of the application.
2. The application is supported by the affidavit of Nitin son of Tara Dutt. Along with it, death certificate of Tara Dutt has also been annexed. As per the certificate, Tara Dutt expired on 15.10.2025. Apart from this, the Legal heirs certificate has also been annexed, according to which, the applicants, as mentioned in the application, are LRs of Sh. Tara Dutt.
3. Although, reply to the present application has not been filed, but, the prayer has been opposed.

5. The application is supported by the affidavit of one of the applicants and along with the application,
death certificate and Legal Heirs certificate issued by the competent authority have also been annexed.
6. Considering all these facts, this Court is of the view that the present application deserves to be allowed. Consequently, the present application is allowed and the proposed LRs of deceased appellant No. 1 Tara Dutt are ordered to be brought on record as appellants No. 1(i) to 1(vi).

8. Enabling learned counsel for the appellants to file fresh memo of parties, as per the order passed in CMP(M) No. 309 of 2026 (supra), list after four weeks. ( Virender Singh )
