CMP No. 32433 of 2025 By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to expedite the hearing. Perusal of the case shows that the applicants feeling aggrieved from the judgment dated 27.05.2014, passed by the learned Commissioner, under the Employees Compensation Act, Rampur Bushehar, have filed the accompanying appeal. Vide judgment dated 27.05.2014, the petition, filed by the claimants, has been dismissed. In view of the factual position, as mentioned, in the application, the same is allowed and hearing in the main appeal is ordered to be expedited. The application stands disposed of.
