ORDER 15.09.2026
1.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the engagement of the petitioner was only for a particular academic session, as such, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. The position is not any different even today. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently the accompanied petition is also dismissed.
