1. The proceedings in this contempt petition are initiated for non- compliance of order dated 12.08.2016, passed in SWP No. 209/2004, vide which, the respondents were directed to consider and determine the eligibility of petitioner No. 2 for ex-gratia relief in terms of SRO-43 of
1994.
2. The compliance report has been filed by the respondents, in which, they have passed Order No. CEJPDCL/Court/16 of 2022 dated 26.12.2022, vide which, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected being devoid of merit.
3. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 12.08.2016 stands complied. Accordingly, the proceedings in the contempt petition are closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the consideration order, if advised.
