1. The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings for non- compliance of interim order dated 23.03.2017, passed in SWP No. 704/2017, vide which, the respondents were directed to allow the petitioner to continue at the present place of posting till next date of hearing.
2. Mr. Anishwar Chatterji Koul, learned GA appearing for the respondents submits that they have complied with the interim order and after the receipt of the directions issued by this Court, the petitioner is presently serving at Government Primary School, Katyara.
3. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 23.03.2017 stands complied. Accordingly, proceedings in the contempt petition are closed.
