In terms of order dated 12.05.2016, passed in writ petition preferred by Shams Ul Haq Chund, panel in question dated 20.08.2013 was quashed and Director School Education, Jammu was directed to take fresh decision in that regard after providing opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as to the respondent No. 5. 2. Petitioner in the instant contempt petition was the respondent No. 5 in SWP No. 1898/2013. 3. In the compliance report filed by the respondents, they have banked upon closure of the RET Scheme, however, they have annexed the report of the Committee to assert that the petitioner herein was already displayed as rightful candidate for selection as RET in NPS Nilla Trigam by Director School Education, Jammu.
