The petitioners have sought initiation of contempt proceedings for non- compliance of the order dated 02.02.2017 passed in SWP No. 160/2017. A perusal of the said order reveals that the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners as projected in the writ petition and the documents annexed thereto, and to pass an appropriate consideration order thereon. 02. The respondents have filed the compliance report stating that, in compliance with the aforesaid order, the claim of the petitioners was duly considered and decided vide S.F.C. Order No. 141 of 2017 dated 25.03.2017, pursuant to which, the claim of the petitioners came to be rejected on merits. 03. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 02.02.2017 stands complied with and nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt are closed.
