1. The petitioner has challenged legality of FIR No. 18/2013 dated 16.07.2013 of Police Station, Crime Branch, Jammu registered under Sections 420, 409, 120-B RPC.
2. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that the investigation in the FIR already stands closed and in this regard, a closure report also stands filed. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG has produced application along with Closure report (Ikhtitami) which are taken on record.
3. In this view of the matter, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous in the light of closure report filed by the respondents.
