Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that the investigation in the FIR already stands closed and in this regard, a closure report also stands filed. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG has produced application along with Closure report (Ikhtitami) which are taken on record. 3. In this view of the matter, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
