That finally the consolidated list of 502 CPWs/LEPws duly authenticated by the District Level Committee in the format of sixteen column was submitted to the Divisional Level Committee constituted by the Director School Education Jammu vide order No. 425-DSEJ of 2017 dated 01.04.2017 in the meeting held on 22.05.2017 and 23.05.2017 under the chairmanship of Director School Education Jammu in which all the cases were also scrutinized by the Directorate Level Committee including the case of the petitioner and after scrutinizing it was found that none of the cases could met the criteria/parameters, as such after the re-examination none of the cases considered were found eligible for regularization including the case of the petitioner (Annexure R 4)’ In the wake of the above, nothing substantive survives in the present petition, the same is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
